favorite place to relax

My favourite place is Polonezköy. When I go there I feel really happy and relaxed. This place is very silent for you if you live in a city centre. You can see lots of barbecue restaurants there , absolutely you should't forget waiting for waste meat from barbecue. When you go there you feel you are in a different country. Moreover this place isn't so far from city centre. Especially if you love travelling you can go for only walking. I think especially while you are going you feel really good because you must go in a forest road if you want to go Polonezköy. You should breath as much as possible so you should open your car's windows and enjoy the forest fresh air. I want to live this type of place all of my life so I go Polonezköy at my odd moments and I recommend everyone to go this place.

yeap,I have.my special place is window of my room which has a great view.this place which makes me feel peaceful and so happy at the same time helps me to write some short stories/poems.on the other hand ıf I start to watch the great view I can't sleep a long time actually I don't want to sleep to not desert my place.I don't know exactly but I think I chose my place while I was a little child because I argued with my brother who is older than me.I never forget how I cried so I had gone to my room at a run then I stood to my bed and reached my hand to open the curtain.actually the sky,the buildings,the sea were only a view but that view fascinated me and made me relaxed.ın this way this place became my place.

A live does not always put forward to easy thing. Sometimes we can not cope with difficulties,so we want to be alone .
We do not want to speak with people. We save ourselves from people . Then we do not find answer for questions . Just we want to forget
the problems. Therefor we find one place. We project it in our brain . When we go there , we forget everthing or we analyze our problems
in there.
My place is in my brain . When ı want to save myself , I do not speak with people . Just I close my eyes , I do not speak and I go
there . Sometimes I relax in there. Do ı always analyze my problem? No , I do not but I love be alone ,listen my brain and my hearth when I have
a problem. Because I do not like speak my problem with people or with my friend.

Everyone has a special place in his life has its own separate.Imagine living in that reality may not be.Some of the trees by the sea while others are among.but the only common point is their location. special and the only place they forget everything.my special place in tree and got sea.ı forget the smell of wood, the sound of sea things I find happiness.After more rain to ı come here like.because the tree is even more vibrant, fresh sea smell.After the rain of sun after all the air gives a separate for them.ı founda this palce when ı was 11.but it's time for me to not expect so much meaning.We've discovered a ride with my family weekend.started to go every weekend, and now many of them I wanted to go.because I forgot everything.ı got to there when ı am very happy to scream and when ı am sad,ı go there to cry .brings me to another place can forget everything it.I think everyone should own a special place to be.sometimes people like to describe the contents but it does not find someone to.people needs at times like this where there is such.everybody has a place like these but it is important to notice.

Here is what B3 thinks a World without lies would be like...



Before thinking about a world without lies, we should explain, what "lie" is . Lie is a noun or action of "not telling somebody the truth.", simply. I think, we lie others because of them - because of their reactions to our real actions.It would be nice if we never do something wrong for others. but it's impossible at least! it's impossible to be perfect or living without mistakes. we're human beings! we hide our weakness (so our mistakes) from the others; may be not to lose them or may be not to hurt them. I mean it make their lifes easier as much as ours.

Everybody knows that lying is a wicked part of humans. we don't have to tell lies. but sometimes we really need it. at that times, lying is the best action we do :) as i said before, lies can reverse those bad stiuations. rescue us and save that moments. afterall we can admit, at the right time, if we want. because lying eats into our minds sometimes. Actually, lying is not good for us but if we need it, we must use it to make life easier.

I personally think that my life would be easier if there was nothing that we call lie. First of all ı would trust everybody much easily as they would not be able to hide their true identities. So ı would have much closer relationships and this would give me more energy and support in my social life. And other than my personal life and close relationships, the lack of lie in our lives would make social life easier. There would be less deception and fraud so people would live in a more harmonious way.
However, lying sometimes can protect some social relationships. We call these lies as "white lies". For instance, ıf we do not like a person but we have to be in touch for some reason we can pretend to like him/her. This action usually includes lying too.we do not say "ı do not like you and do not want to see you in fact".
Considering all these facts, ı again prefer a life without lies and think that it is better to be honest and live in a honest society than live an easier life.

If we could never tell a lie,we had less fear and worry,because while general of us are telling lie,we avoid eye contact or seem too worried.telling lie can make our life easy or make difficult.sometimes we have to give difficult decisions and we can prefer telling lie, in that time,telling lie is very logical for us.for instance you have a child who is very sick, will actually die.you hate telling lie to your child, but you have to do this.because your child wants to live,go to school,grow up...so sometimes telling the truth isn't necessary.on the other hand the person who is selfish can't tell the truth and sometimes he/she can change the another person's life or plan,negatively.for instance anIf one of the couple who love each other tell lie to other,(the partner)other doesn't want to care her/his darling and finally this situation hurt their realitionship.because they can not trust each other.so telling lie is not correct/wrong.

The worst thing in life is a lie.Liar people think suppose to deceive other people but firstly they deceive theirselves.I hate lie especially in bilateral relations and friendship relations.You tell a lie one time that shake your reliability.People dont trust to you before.You're telling the truth if they think they are lying.Some situation lie will be inevitably sometimes.To tell a lie makes it easier to become world.We do something easier or ewerybody have secret and dont want to say our secret some lies about that.We called pink lie.These will not hurt the lives.We dont very angry when we learn.We say we do not want one more.But may opposite of the this situtaion.Sometimes they cause of the serious problems.Many people are injured.Nowadays everyone says lie to each other.Everyone is moving in the direction of interest.This situation makes it difficult to live.because it is necessary to rely on someone to live.İn Our life must be a person we can believe our eyes closed.

Finally we dont tell a lie including pink lie.I think we must not give place to lie in our lives even worse end.We must tell the truth.So ı think everything is easier.Everything is more transparent.People will trust each other and we live better

Driving Dangerously and Community Service

This weekend C2 had a challenging writing assignment. We read an article by Oğuz and Arda about traffic problems in Turkey and how the lax standards for obtaining a driver's license and the ineffective enforcement of traffic laws are responsible for up to 6000 traffic deaths in Turkey a year. We learned about Community service as a way to punish minor offenders in America and UK and we asked the question Should young people in Turkey be made to do community service if they are found to be driving dangerously? Here are two students responses:

MORE EFFICIENT PUNISHMENT


Traffic accidents are a very big problem in Turkey. Whether young people have a license or not, they are in traffic. So what do they cause everyday? We know that a driving license if not enough to be in traffic with a vehicle. If a person drives a car, that person has to have responsibility.
Every year, lots of people die in traffic accidents. And we know that these accidents happen because of irresponsible young drivers. They are so reckless that they don't know how they damage their surroundings. Actually, their parents should be responsible for this. And they should educate their children. Because everyone only has one life and wants it to be a long life. So drivers should know the importance of this. Especially young people who have committed a traffic crime, they should be punished. As a punishment they may pay money or prison is good. But I believe that these are not enough sometimes. If that person has the resources, he/she can pay and go out easily. This isn't hard for him/her. So they should be given another punishment like community service. This is more meaningful and beneficial for them.
Community service is better than paying money. It teaches people much more things like helping people and animals or doing other good things for humanity. I think punishments should be more beneficial for everybody. So especially young people should learn all of this.
I realized that prison and paying money doesn't teach some values about people. Some people don't know. And if we know and teach others, maybe some people can change. If we can't change all of people, only one person may be important for the World. And one day the world can vary.

How can young people who drive dangerously be prevented? Do you think community service is a good solution for young drivers? I think that this is a good and different way. In Turkey, young people really drive dangerously and fastly. There are many causes of this situation.
First of all, in Turkey, traffic is a very big problem. Many people are killed each year for this reason. So something must be done. Especially for young people. Young people aren't aware of of everything. They aren't really conscious of everything. The only thing they think about is their speed and maybe they see it as a game. But they can't see that they are playing with the lives of people and this is still the same in Turkey. Serious solutions can't be found for these issues. So community service is a good solution for young people. Community service can prevent their driving of cars so fast. It glues responsibility to young people. Community service is a different way so it can be effective.
On the other hand, some people think that it isn't a good way. They think it isn't enough for young people and that this problem cannot be solved with community service. It may not be sufficient, but it is a good start. Young drivers' thoughts change with community service.
In conclusion, Community service is the best solution for young drivers. It changes their thoughts about traffic and it reduces traffic accidents so it is worth trying!!

Here is everyone's story...

last night my mother ran into my room screaming "get up" immediately.Everything were swinging. That was an eartquake. I was really exhausted, sleepy so ı couldn't understand anything. I asked what's happening my parents told me to get ready fast. Than we got out our home.Everyone was outside. Some buildings were broken down.Some people wanted to help but everyone seemed like in shock. Everyone started to help the people who were stucked in the debris of their houses. Meanwhile, there were still many aftershocks. Approximantely 6 hours later an emergency came then started to lift broken walls and they tried to resque who was injured. The area was really crowded and noisy. We moved away to find a safe place to sleep and rest after such a horrible night. However, its really hard to forget this disaster...

my father called my mum.My father and mum were dıvorced and my father was dısmıssed from hıs post.He attends to us thenceforth.He always damage us but my mum is gentle with him who is speaking harshly.I thınk thıs nıght ıs dıfferent to everytıme.yes yes surely thıs sıtuatıon ıs dıfferent.My mum fınıshed her talkıng anda she saıd to pıck off my clothes.I dıd them and I ran to car quıckly.My mum was waiting me in the car.We moved away from our house and my mum started to talk.My father was comıng home I thınk he damage to us.My mum dıdn't want to explaın all talks.Because,she doesn't want I am enemy to my father,but she doesn't know besides I don't like my father date from their seperatıon.Because,my father isn't good.firstly,he started to drınk so he lost my mum.Secondly,he started to smoke hashısh so he goes through a crisis and then he lost hıs work,nowadays he losts me but he doesn't know this situation.We exited to countryand we found a hotel.When she was cool,she explain them.My father smoke agaın and he damaged to us from all events,so he bought gunand he was comıng to home.Our lıfe is bad through my father.The night we stayed at hotel.When I woke up,I saw my mum.She didn't sleep.She make a decision and we will move to another country.May be her thinks new life country new life.This situation will be good to us.Two weeks later we moved from there and now we start new life in new country..

FİRE İN SHOES SHOP

Last night my mother ran into my room screaming “Get up! Get up! We have to leave immediatly.” my mother very got anxious. She said we should go our shoes shop. Because in shoes shop started a fire. I got up immediatly I ran straight off the car. My mother didn't drive a car so she very excitable. Then I called a taxi. Traffic was very crowded. I said “faster, faster.” Taxi driver said “I could not go faster.” I was angry. In the meantime my mother thinking “How did it happen? Who did?.” The way didn't end now. It was become very long. Fortunately, we arrived. We looked but we didn't look a fire. Perhaps, one people called my mother with the phone ant that people said lied. I and my mother was relaxed then saw it didn't fired.

Last night my mother ran into my room screaming "get up get up we have to leave immediately." It was after that moment that i realized how big of a problem. I got my mother and myself into. The day before, there was this man who approached me on my way home from school and wanted to steal my purse. First, i yelled really loud at the same time i tried to pull my purse away. However the man was very strong and so i was forced to release my purse because he was hurting my arm. Right after that, i remembered that i had pepper spray in my pocket so i pulled the pepper spray out and sprayed his eyes. The man screamed very loudly and he looked like he was in a great pain. He dropped my purse and said : "you will pay for this! I know where you live, just wait and see what happened!" from what my mother told me after we left our house was that a man had thrown a molotov cocktail through the living room's window. My mother had sensed a smell like something was burning and went to go check. That was when she saw the house was on fire...

...... Last night my mother ran into my room screaming 'Get up! Get up! We have to leave immediately.Your sister will give birth. We are going to hospital.' I waked up .We went to hospital. When we were in hospital, my sister didn't come in hospital. Their car spoiled so they called the ambulance. We waited them. My mum was streched and my father was angry. I was bored to wait. For a long time they came in hospital. The doctors gave up my sister in operating room. My brother in-law was exhausted and anxious. We waited baby for 3 hours.Baby came 5:00 am.
We were relax , when we picked up baby. I looked baby , she was very beauty. She looks like me.The doctors said us 'You must go out and mum must rest.' We went to home so I came in my bed. I closed my eyes. Baby 's face came in my dream while I was sleeping. .......

We ran very fast and then we are in our garden. First of all everything seems normal but I turn back and I dont believe this. Volcano… In Center of my town… Every body tried to ran away to volcano. My mum didn’t know what did we must to do. I said ‘ Mum we can go lake. İt is so far to volcano , maybe we are safe in there.’. My mum said only ‘OK’. I took car key very fast and get in to car and then suddenly we felt earthquek It was very big. And then I drove a car to lake. But roads were very bad. Every body ran away to town. It was big disaster and than we come city center. Everybody looked same where. So I looked there. It was imposible. I dont believe this. We saw a Alien robot and it is started to destroy our townEvery body screamed and ran imediately. Soldires fired robot but it wasn’t work. Robot had got big lazer weapon and 3 leg. We went to lake in this time army tired to stop this robot. It looked imposible but we must to do this. It had got a shield. I thougt ‘ we will die This bullshits kill will us’ and I sat . I just looked my town . It was my life my history but it was disappear in my eyes.

Robot come to very closed to us. And If it was catch us , ıt would took cage which in it’s inside. I saw that and I think a plan. It is very crazy but we had got plan and then I asked to soldires to gave my same grenede. I said I have a plan so he gave me grenede and I ran to robot and it saw me. I ran but slowly. I want to catching. And then robot took me cage. Maybe it is final chance. I fired grenedes to robot’s inside. BOMB… It fell down. I made it. I killed it. Everybody was very happy. We went downtown , one man screamed He said ‘these robots were all over the world’ We shocked. It just one robot and it was very difficult to kill. One hundred maybe one TAusand robot were wait us We didnt know what were we must do. It was just begining. Very dangereous mission waited us.

I am waking up and I hearting scream. My mother is coming into my room and screaming ‘get up get up get up we have to leave immediately’ It should be joke. It isn’t be true. Maybe now show is starting again…

Last night my mother ran into my room screming get up get up we have to leave immediately because the kitchen was burning so I woke up quickly meanwhile my mother took my sister and we went down the garden.Father called the fire brigade.Fire was spreading the hause.My neighbour woke up and went to the garden.Later fire brigade come and tried to put out fire quickly.At last fire extinguished.Although the house damaged we survived.

what is happening within a few seconds.I just woke up.We ran out in panic.I was very afraid.After the earthquake
did anyone enter the house a few days.We set up the park on a park lawn.Our house was not damaged.But many houses
have been destroyed.Many people died.I sorry for them.on the other hand we were trying to reach our relatives.The
telefon lines were locked.When ı was 9 this event was affected me alot..

I called the ambulance when my mother near my father. I know something about heart attack and I tried to do something which is very good for this situation. And finally the ambulance came and they helped my father. We went hospital and waited for him. Then the doctor came and say us "be relax he is good" there for we was be very happy.
